Calculation of theoretical ink penetration

Because the theoretical ink penetration is determined by the screen’s technical parameters, the basic screen technical parameters including wire diameter, mesh number and screen thickness, other parameters can be calculated by these parameters 23.Therefore, the function expression of theoretical ink penetration can be written in the following form, namely
