Difference for yellow and white color polyester screen printing mesh

Usually, most of the customer need yellow screen printing mesh from 190 mesh to 425 mesh and white color for all mesh size.

For the difference screen printing mesh, it is according to the end using. Different purpose printing use different color. it is also upon customer’s interest.

Another difference for the color is related to the Exposure speed. Commonly speaking, the white colors are faster than the yellow color. But the white may cause the obscured contour. And the yellow color can reduce this kind of problem. Yellow mesh is operated more easily, stops the light filtering down the mesh fibre, so you can get the better halftones out of the yellow than white.

In the process of exposure, the machine is using the ultraviolet light to solidify emulsion. While the white color mesh will reflect or diffuse reflect the ultraviolet lights to the border of the emulsion, where shouldn’t be solidified, resulting in lower resolution and clarity of graphics, sometimes the fine lines are not fully formed.

But for the yellow screen printing mesh, the mesh will only reflect the yellow light, having no effect on the photosensitive, can produce a clear image and fine lines, improving high-precision film version. Of course, yellow wire mesh will take more time on exposure process time than white mesh.
