Fabric screen printing equipment

The printing equipment is mainly used for printing fabrics, which are finished products and non-textile woolen goods made of all fiber materials by weaving, weaving and knitting.

(1) Cellulose :( 1) Natural cellulose: cotton, hemp, hemp, timber, coconut fiber;Synthetic violet: rayon, cellulose acetate;(2) Protein fiber system: Natural protein fiber: wool, silk;Synthetic protein fiber: artificial wool;(3) Synthetic fiber: polypropylene fat, polyurethane, polyester fiber.

The agricultural product cotton mainly contains cellulose. According to statistics, the consumption of cotton in the world textile production accounts for about 50%[43].Cotton fiber has very high heat and alkali resistance, but its acid resistance and molding performance is very poor. After being bleached, the cotton has good hygroscopicity, and the cotton has excellent ink absorption performance after being mercerized (treated with Sudan liquid).

Natural fibers such as hemp, coconut and kapok cannot be used directly for screen printing.Rayon has a very good dye reception, can be used for screen printing, low elasticity, high ignition point;Under wetting conditions, its strength is significantly reduced.

Hair is a very important protein fiber. It has soft sulfur pine, curly color and other characteristics, hair contains a certain amount of very elastic protein material – keratin. In printing, wool fibers are more difficult than cotton fibers, but they accept dyes very well.

Silk is the only natural single fiber that is easily hygroscopic, highly elastic, poorly receptive to dyes, and not easy to print.

Screen printing can also be called screen printing, can be subdivided into flat screen printing and rotary screen printing, printing equipment mainly consists of flat screen printing machine and rotary screen printing machine

(1) Flat screen printing adopts the screen printing process, and the printed mould with carved patterns is fixed on the rack.During printing, the plastic scraper is used to scratch the screen frame back and forth. The screen frame is close to the substrate, and the dye reaches the substrate through the screen frame, so as to complete the printing process.

(2) Circular screen printing is screen, the printing cylinder is a simple round shape. The circular mesh is mounted on a rotating fixed roller. The scraper (or magnetic bar) is mounted inside the hollow nickel screen, and an end face is attached to the hollow nickel screen. The slurry pump injects the dye into the nickel mesh through the spool of the scraper. When printing, the rubber guide belt drives the flat, while the fabric is evenly laid on the platform. The dye is pressed by the scraper through the mesh, and the pattern is printed on the substrate.Suitable for printing easily deformed substrate, its color range up to 12~16 sets, but also suitable for printing (2800~3200MM) such wide fabric.Rotary screen printing can overcome the problem of joint printing, and the labor intensity of workers is low, the product shade is moderate, the equipment production efficiency is relatively high.
